Frequently Asked Questions

About sketching during events

01

How much does it cost?
(yes, I know that's your main worry!)

Each project is unique and will be quoted individually based on many different aspects, such as location, duration of the event, size of the sketches, amount of sketches needed, use and purposes of the original drawings, etc.

If your budget is low please do get in touch anyway as I'm sure we can find solutions to make it fit within your budget!

02

When will I get my sketches?

- You will get your sketches on the day of the event if you only need the originals!

- If you need scanned copies I will need a few days to scan them and email them to you.

- If you need both, it will take the usual few days for the scanning process, plus an extra few days for the sketches to be posted to you (depending on your location and current postal services).

03

Who will I be dealing with?

Me and only me! This business has only got one member of staff and that's me, Johanna! I'll be with you for every step of the way! I promise I'm nice and friendly!

04

Why is live sketching interesting for you?

Sketches done on location is a great way to keep unique memories of your event and provide fun entertainment for your guests! Who doesn't love to peak behind an artist's shoulder?

05

How does it work?

1. You get in touch, give me the date of your event and tell me a little about it (is it a concert, a wedding, a festival?) and what budget you have available.

2. If I'm available I will send you a quote and a contract to sign.

3. You pay the first 50% before the event.

4. The event happens. We all have a great time!

5. You receive the sketches.

6. You pay the last 50% of the invoice.

All done! (Though feedback is always appreciated!)
